Worst Hotel Stay Ever
After checking in, the TV appeared to not work. Immediately reported to the front desk, and was told that nothing could be done until the next morning. Checked at the front desk the following morning, and was told it was first on the list of items for maintenance. At 1:30pm, maintenance eventually came to the room. The one man move a cord on the back, actually the sensor that detects the signal from the remote, and said that the TV was working. AS SET UP, it was not, and this person continued to argue with me. Very unprofessional and not helpful. Why could we not have been told about the sensor sooner? Almost a full day there without TV.
On checkout, the manager was not behind the counter to print a receipt for us.
Bathroom showed signs of dirt in the tub.
Worst hotel experience ever. Terrible customer service.

Good service , cute rooms clean and sanitary upon arrival night one minor discomfort during sleep, tonight Iโm waking up skin inflamed from multiple bug bites I though maybe mosquito until I found actual bug now Iโll have to wash and sanitize all my things and another sleepless night

The bathroom was disgusting. The shower still had strands of hair. The toilet definitely was not cleaned before.

The hotel is very nice. The only suggestion I have is that the remote controls for the television need updating. I couldn't control the volume, and was kindly given another remote control which also did not work to reduce the volume level. Other than that, It is a very nice place to stay.

Worn and torn sheets
When we arrived we looked over the room and saw that our sheets looked used and worn and had holes etc. When we went to speak to the front desk about new sheets she told us it would be hours as she was locked out of the cabinet with the sheets. Then we went back because we were exhausted and ready to go to sleep and asked if you all had your sheets locked away can you please move our room? Again we had to wait until the receptionist was able to get in contact with a manager and finally, after an hour and 1/2 wait, she was able to give us clean sheets. I would not return. The room was not as clean as it should have been. The room needed to be vacuumed as well.

The beds were great . However, furniture was in bad need of replacement in our room They shut the breakfast down at 9:30 before my husband had a chance to get anything for me

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. Rooms and lobby were extremely dirty with mold and lots of stains. Furniture and fixtures were old, damaged, and broken. Bible in the bedside table appeared to someone's personal Bible and contained family photos and what appeared to be a suicide note. There were broken eggshells stored in the continental breakfast fridge for unclear reasons. Shower was moldy and floor was warped and spongy. Ceiling was warped and stained everywhere. Housekeeping did not come to our room even once during a multi-night stay even though we did not have privacy indicators on. We had to bring our own dirty laundry downstairs to the lobby desk and make multiple attempts to get fresh towels before staff agreed. We had to call the police and leave our room in the middle of the night due to a violent altercation in the room next door that went on for over an hour. (We have stayed in lots of noisy hotels and NEVER had an experience that made us feel this unsafe.) I have no idea who left the positive reviews for this location, but trust me, they are not the real story.

New Mattresses- for the rooms,

Horrible stay.
The day of check in I arrived at 2:30pm but check in was not until 3:00pm. After driving for 8 hours, I just wanted to check in and put my bags in my room and go be with a dying family member. I was told that there was a $50 cash deposit that was required and it was going to be an extra $20 if I wanted to check in early. I refused to pay anything extra because my stay was completely booked and paid for online. The guy at the desk was unable to prove to me or show me any that stated that I needed to pay a $50 deposit. I ended up extending my stay for 7 days to be able to attend the funeral. Not 1 time was the room refreshed with clean towels, soap or shampoo. The trash had not been emptied the entire time either. Even after going to the front desk two different days and asking if the room could be restocked with clean towels, I got nothing. The free contenental breakfast was also a joke.
