We booked at Best Western. They were doing construction so we were sent to the hotel across the street. When we got there they had no kings left (not the end of the world but the pricing seemed off)
I paid for the โ$50 Depositโ which ended up being a nonrefundable fee. The pool was GROSS and iโm genuinely upset for the money I paid. Definitely not what was advertised.
The โFree Breakfastโ was okay. Small eating area- didnโt try it honestly.

Pool was closed for renovations , was told we were allowed to go next door and use theirs which at least was an option but next doors was not as nice. Wayer was extremely cold.
Mini fridge in both of the rooms we booked did not evem cool our drinks.
Did not ask for any changes as hotel was booked out, or probably would have JUST STAYED next door

It took more than 20 minutes to check in. Because, the room was not ready at 6:00 PM. There was no bath towel at all. It is very lousy one. Please don't stay.

A little overpriced
It was an ok stay,in my opinion it was a little overpriced for the accommodations. Park in lot was being worked on so there was nowhere to park,had to park in the next lot over,wasnt aware of that. Free breakfast was not that good at all

Well, booked this for a one night stay for my husband and daughter while our other child had a over night test in St. Louis. When my husband and daughter checked in and got to the room the bed was completely stripped bedding in the corner dirty towels in the tub and the bathroom door off the hinges. They went back to the front desk and he told the girl and she gave him another key to a different room. That room they couldn't even get into cause the keypad was busted with what looked like batteries missing. So back to the front desk and the girl gave another key to a different room which had two queen beds instead of a big king . So, he got our daughter ready to take her for a swim and the key pad didn't work for the pool and they go to the desk again and gets told the pool is out of service. The main reason they was staying here was for the 4 year old to swim but they could go to the pool at the hotel across the parking lot. Same owner So, they go and the pool is like ice cold and my daughter gets in and says it's too cold. I felt so bad for my husband if I had been there I would of been with apparently the others asking for my money back. My husband said there was several people complaining that night. Needless to say we won't be staying there again.

Bad business
Carpet was damp so it smelled like mildew and feet. It was supposed to be a coffee maker in room, it was not when ask still didn't get one. The pool was out , they said we can use the hotel across the street which it was cold and they didn't want to cut heat on in there. So we left early ๐

Pretty Bad.
Had we not been traveling with our dog, we would have asked for a refund and gone elsewhere. The pool was out of service, which should have been made known when booking. The breakfast was bad. Just bad. Room had visible dirt on the floor and the shower was icky. Stains in the wall. Loud people at 3am and some vagrants hanging around. The front desk guys were super nice. They looked scared of the next complaint and refund request. Bless their hearts. This place was pretty gross overall.

Not the best Best Western.
The room we booked was not ready when we arrived at 5ish. The person at the counter just ran off and said let me check if your room is ready and was gone for some time. We either had to wait or get a double room (vs king). After 9 hours of travel we just said yes. Air conditioner didnโt really work. No parking for trailers. Not really the best western I have stayed at before.

Disgusting. Everything was dirty, the pool was green with clumps of mold floating in it. The doors wouldn't close all the way, the bed was missing a top sheet, the smell of old smoke was trying to be covered up with highly toxic chemical "deodorizers" and the staff was rude. People loitering all around the front door smoking cigarettes and over all completely disgusting experience.
