HORRIBLE. On the second night of our stay, the power went out at about 11:30pm. After waiting 45 minutes, we went to the front desk to see what was going on and no one could give us answers. The front desk said โwe donโt know whatโs going on, the power could come back in 30 minutes or 2 hours...โ I sleep with a medical device that needs to be plugged into electricity so this was a huge concern for me and I couldnโt risk waiting. It couldโve been 5 hours. After another 30 minutes with no answers, me and my sister decided to pack up and go down the street to another hotel that had electricity. The front desk agent said that I would not be charged for this night, given that we didnโt even STAY there and had to pack up and move in the middle of the night in the dark. After requesting a refund which I think is pretty reasonable given the circumstances, I was shocked to hear that my request was denied for the night that I did not stay there, again as I have a medical device that needs to be plugged in and I couldnโt do that. I called the hotel today and the front desk girl told me that โshe has spoken to the GM and decided to not refund meโ and when I asked if the GM could give me a call, she said โshe doesnโt do thatโ (LOL) and then proceeded to tell me that since I didnโt disclose what medical device I have, that she canโt prove if it was life or deathโฆ Who would lie about a medical device? This dirty hotel is a joke.
