I was very nervous checking lots of bad reviews until I got here, but it was better than I expected. My room was on the 2nd floor, and very fortunately there was no worms. Other conditions were also quite good. You should be on the 2nd floor!!!

Handicap room
Reserved handicap room when I got there they said they didn't have one had to take a regular room tell him I had to be on bottom floor took him 30 minutes to get a room ready got the room ready they didn't even put a top sheet on the bed I had to go back to get a top sheet to put on the bed.

Friendly staff, OK conditions, low cost
This is a conveniently located, pleasant, low budget hotel, with friendly helpful staff. The room were comfortable and clean. The only issue for me is that there is a roach problem--not terrible, but still. Good value with that one exception.

The room was dirty, had to wait an hour to get my room because someone else was in the room meant for me. There were bugs, feeling laminate floors, stained bathtubs, and the door wasnโt completely sealed where there were cracks around the edges. Not one time was my room cleaned during my stay, house keeping only came by at 9 in the morning on my day of check out.

It was downright disgusting at the moment. I walked in the room and smelt like stale cigarettes. There was no sheets, no blankets no towels. It was completely trashed never again while I stay there

Disgusting
We did not stay in the room for more than 5 minutes before leaving due to the smell and condition of the room. I almost vomited just walking in the room. The lady at the desk was super nice though and gave me a refund without any fuss.
The toilet was covered in poop inside and out, the shower was covered in dirty handprints, the dresser and night stand were both broken.

Floors felt and looked like they had never been mopped. curtain torn off rod and wouldn't stay closed. Very moldy, musty smell, sick all night as I am allergic to mold

No room service. No towels. Shared pool with other hotel. No toilet paper. Says it has washer and dryer but it is for people cleaning rooms only. We stayed for a month. Key cards were always deactivated by somebody in the office. Never got clean towels or bedding unless we went to the office to ask. Only ever got one roll of toilet paper because they were always out and the one roll wasnt even a full roll. Microwave barely worked. Fridge barely worked. Room looked like it was falling apart. Patches everywhere. Had no light bulbs in the room when we checked in. Had to go to office to ask for light bulbs. Half of the outlets in the room didnt work.

Could Have Went Much Better
Honestly, this was not my worst experience but I was definitely not happy, due to arriving at midnight, my family and I were exhausted from driving nearly 12 hours to arrive to someone in the room we are supposed to check into. We had to return to the front desk to inform them and they were shocked stating no one should be in there. Finally, arriving to a room expecting to rest peacefully for the nightโฆ However, we were greeted with gnats, damp sheets, room smelled of mildew, cleanliness looked as if they rushed through it just to check it off, not sweeping under the beds where old food bones and hair wads were calling home. Iโm not one to leave bad reviews but unfortunately this would not be a return stay for us.
