Experience was horribleโฆ the manager was not present when I arrived and I was told by another guy at the front desk that the manager would not be back in office until the next day. My check-in time said 3pm and after I arrived around 2:15, the front desk attendant told me that check-in time wouldnโt be until 4pm. I waited around until 2:45 and while waiting another guest entered the front desk and handed the step her check-in information and was granted a key to a room. I questioned the attendant at the front desk why did he grant this guest keys to a room but told me check-in couldnโt be until 4pm. My room was already paid for online. I thought that was rude and unprofessional to allow one guest to check-in while telling me i had to wait until 4pm. So I didnโt even stay at the resort, I couldnโt wait until 4pm, I had to go to work and I was trying to check-in before I had to go work. The attendant told me that the guest was already staying there but from what I saw the guest handed the attendant a cash payment and her license and the front desk attended then granted her with keys, while still telling me that there are no rooms available for check-in. I will never request to stay at the Days Inn in picayune, Ms

Don't stay here
This was the worst stay we've ever had there. When we got there, we found the fridge was frozen up and half the lights either made noises or were burned out.

Not great motel.
The room was disappointing. Not enough towels or washrags. Lamps and outlets did not work. Had to wait a long period to be checked in and no coffee pot. And bugs were in the room. Needs improvement.

There was absolutely nothing enjoyable about the staff , property, or experience. The staff was not hospitable or helpful. The entire property including the room was filthy and smelled . The pool has been drained and not functioning for years. The lobby was closed and has been for some time with no access to the proclaimed limited breakfast . The exercise room if you can call it that was closed and off limits. The property advertisement was misleading on every claim made. Stay at your own personal risk !!! I would have preferred to sleep under a bridge than at this days inn had I known better.

My room had a clogged toilet from the previous people who stayed in the room and they said they offer a pool in the amenities but it is drained instead they tell you next time get a room with a jucuzzi should have pulled up befor booking but thats on me and i didnt really go deal with it as i usually would due to my kids being asleep and not wanting to carry them back to the car get another room and repeat at midnight when we arrived

The check-in lady was nice. However the check-in area was closed and had to talk through a glass wall. No one cleaned my place while I was there got no clean towels. The TV had to be unplugged from the back of the TV to work.

The hotel was broken down, and the rooms were not consistently supplied or cleaned. I would not recommend this.
