I still couldnโt get my pre-authorized charge return after a month of stay and there is no feedback even after 5+ calls to check the progress. They always ask my email and phone number but thereโs no single message I received. Itโs the worst 5 star serviced hotel Iโve ever stayed and highly recommend to make sure your deposit return when you checkout.

A dark room in a lovely building.
The staff was wonderful & pleasant. Unfortunately, our room was placed facing wall, hence, made the room extremely dark. I wouldn't have stayed in the room if we were not planning to spend the afternoon out. Not enough lights even to apply a simple make up. Very Unfortunate.

Will stay here again!
Fantastic location, friendly staff, great service, comfortable rooms. Just changed my previous plans in order to stay here again on my next Sydney visit!
