This was a nice hotel. No swimming pool. But they had a gym. Breakfast service was good, with many choices. They only had 1 working elevator. So there was always hotel guests waiting for the elevator.

I have tried calling the property at least eight times leaving multiple voicemails and have yet to get a call back I am just trying to get my deposit back. Itโs been over three weeks. They try to blame it on my card company when I talk to someone at the front desk they just keep telling me theyโre gonna transfer me to operations manager, but this is ridiculous. It takes two minutes to call someone back and let them know what they need to do or whatever or do whatever needs to be done and yet still cannot get done so just a heads up. Itโs only $100 but thatโs not the point of it.

Second time I have stayed at this location. Hotel is very nice. Booked a King Room, which upon arrival was not available, but offered a suite instead. Very nice, spacious, comfortable room.
My stay was five nights. Maid service was very, very good! Five stars!
Was surprised that only one elevator was working for such a large hotel. Eleven floors. Mornings going to breakfast was a little annoying with all the people.
Breakfast really wasnโt very good. I understand that itโs hard to serve so many people. Food was pretty bad โฆ no taste. I paid each day $11 for a large Starbucks latte - which thank goodness the hotel had.
Staff was very nice and the hotel is nice, but it feels like itโs going south.

I was disappointed that the hotel didn't have a swimming pool.
There were 2 elevators but 1 was not working so we had to wait awhile cause there were alot of people using just 1 elevator.

Shawn helped us when we checked in and he was the only nice front desk helper. Everyone else was rude and acted like we were a bother to them. One of the elevators was down the entire 5 days we were there. The beds were the most uncomfortable beds Iโve ever slept in. We tried ordering room service: no room service. Tried placing an order over the phone: they donโt take over the phone orders. Went down stairs to order 2 fries and 2 wings and it took over an hour to get our meal. Over 2/5. Will not stay here again.

The stay was all right except the cooling/heating unit sounded like we were in a huge wind tunnel, all night long. Thinking that perhaps it was just the 10th floor, I asked people in the elevator if they had the same experience and they said that they did.
We would have loved it if the bar menu was a little broader. I asked for the salad and was told there was none.
