Get-away weekend...
This was a get-away weekend for myself and my girlfriend. Check-in was easy and getting to our room was nice. The room had a college doorm feel to it, it could have been a touch bigger with the 2 queen beds. The fact that there was no night stand on the outside of each of the beds made it difficult to place oyr things.

Worst Hotel i've Stayed At In Years!
This trip was horrible. Room was dirty, room service walked in on us while we were in the shower and kept cleaning even though we said "no thank you, we are in here. This happened 5 times out of the 12 days we stayed here. Also, most of the employees didn't speak english and had to go to multiple staff members to get help. The shower door wouldn't close so you'd have to hold the door with one hand to make sure it didn't flood the bathroom. Hate to request extra towels since room service wouldn't take the old ones some times. Even when we had room service, our room was supposed to get cleaned and the sheets on one of the bed was dirty. it looked like they didn't even change the sheets or anything like that. We voiced our issues with management and they pretty much said "it is what it is". i travel all around the country and stay at hotels everywhere. This was the worse hotel I have said at in years. Was very disappointed and would never stay here again. Anyone looking to stay here, I'd tell you to go somewhere else.

Won't let you stay if you are not someone over 21. This is bad policy and Hotels.com should have it clearly stated. I hold both the hotel and Hotels.com responsible for this. A 19 year old can fight for this country but they can't stay at this hotel.

It was a very accommodating, quiet place to stay. Breakfast was nice, personally I would expect to have sausage or bacon with my morning meal.

Worst Hotel Ever DO NOT STAY HERE
I would not wish my worst enemy to stay here. Kimberly and Karla are the WORST front desk โcustomer serviceโ I have ever encountered. We booked an accessible room with a roll-in shower. We needed the roll-in shower. What we did not need were beds that are practically on the ground and when you sit on them the 1-inch โbox springโ falls out. Most uncomfortable night stay I can remember. Every time I moved it felt like the bed was going to fall out from under me. I had to help my wife get up every time she needed to use the bathroom- no personal autonomy. She went down at 5am to request a room change, the boy checked and said yes we have 2 available just wait until cleaning crew comes in at 8am. We waited until 12pm and finally went down for an update. Enter Karla who immediately denied any possibility of a room change. She tried to go back and forth with us about maintenance but I knew we could not stay there another night in those beds. We packed up all of our things and left by 12:30 with the understanding from Karla that she would refund the last 2 nights of our 3-night stay. That was another lie because when we heard back from hotels.com we only got refunded HALF of ONE night. So we came back to the hotel now 2 days later and Kimberly and Karla took joy in telling us that somehow thereโs nothing they can do but refund 1 night of our stay. We showed them the bed falling out from under us and begged for compassion and empathy but were met with ableism, eye rolls and smirks.
