We ended up not staying at the hotel because the first room they gave us was extremely dirty with vomit on the side of the bed! The second room looked as if someone had already sleeped in the bed! The sheets were pulled back drawers were open. The worst thing was there were prostitutes outside the hotel! This was unacceptable!!!

Booked based on photos and app reviews. Wish I had read google reviews before arriving and checking in. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful and the location was convenient. Otherwise, would not recommend. The property is run down and dirty. Our room had huge unpainted plaster patches on the walls and stains on the ceiling. The TV showed one local station. Despite advertising breakfast available, we only saw coffee. Pictures in the ads are very misleading.

Property is unacceptable.

Not at all as pictured on Hotels.com. They used very, very old photos from how the hotel once was. We did not stay. We are asking for our money back. It is dirty, with broken beds and unsecure doir locks.

Someplace needs a makeover....

Very run down. Ripped curtain, no towel rack, no toilet paper holder. One towel. Bed had stains and dirt underneath. Everything was threadbare and no ice bucket. Pot holes in the parking area. Door was hard to open with the key. Outlets did not work. Tub was stained. Probably the worse hotel we have ever stayed in. At first staff was grumpy and rude, but by the third day were nicer.

Because I forgot to leave a tip in the room on the first day of my stay, there was one pillow missing from the bed when I came back at night, and they didn't even give me a bath towel. This hotel is terrible.

We didn’t even bother checking in. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot we noticed the place looked run down and did not appear to be in a safe environment. Some of the windows didn’t even look like they functioned properly. Most of them appeared to be falling apart. Curtains were all in disarray. You could barely even tell it was a hotel. We did walk inside. Again, completely run down, unclean, and did not smell very appealing. We just left. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Numerous Hazards STAY AWAY

Reservation was 4 nights for $1,100. The first room smelled moldy. They put carpet cleaner down. I opened the ac unit that was on heat, not air, and it was covered in dust. The latch on the door was broken, which is a security hazard. They moved me to a “recently cleaned room” where I had repeated issues with my key card opening the door. The paint was peeling off the wall, there door did not seal properly, there was fire alarm literally hanging off the wall, and there was an electrical issue in the bathroom. Upon ordering dinner and realizing there is no mini fridge, I cleaned up my trash and saw that the chair at the desk was dirty with crumbs, there was a red stain on the wall, and a roach climbed up the wall near my food on the table. I checked out early and have been fighting for a refund since. Photos on the web are outdated. At least 5 others guests had similar problems and I watched as 2 of them immediately left at check in. DO BETTER.

Had to book this place after our Airbnb was a scam - fine. Wasn’t expecting too much, however, our room had black mold growing on the shower head, there was no garbage can, the tv didn’t work, our door didn’t lock and there were used towels on the floor.

When you have white towels they should be cleaned before putting them in the room for use. The place is dated. No iron or iron board, No fridge or microwave. Unfortunately, would not stay again.

Walked inn and was greeted by what appeared to be mold at the front desk at the vents. I couldn’t even pull into the property in the front and in the back there were massive pot holes. Upon entering the room which was blocked with literal trash from “house keeping” we were greeted with a mirror leaning in the wall. What appeared to be a Pooh next to the bed and a dead bee. There was a used razor in the bathroom and blood on the walls. I immediately booked another hotel an hour away because that was all that was available. There was a ton of trash including used bandaids under the bed but the lady claimed to have just fished cleaning the room. Check in was at 4 and it was nearly 8. The sheets had sketchy stains in them. I felt extremely unsafe and couldn’t leave fast enough. I have photos to prove this. Thes is not a Wyndham hotel this is where people go to overdose on heroin. When we walked out the lady asked if everything was okay and I was so uncomfortable saying what was wrong because she was yelling to her coworker about how the “monthly” guests trash the room and she can only do what she can. I grabbed my stuff and my niece and got in the car as quickly as possible. This place should be condemned. I’m already working with Expedia to get a refund but this is worth the attention of a billion dollar corporation as well. I paid over $600 for this room for 2 nights. This is where nightmares become reality.
