It was very good and very clear hotel. Room was clean bed was comfortable the only thing is that in room there is not sufficient light it’s not light up everywhere in the room. But it’s safe to say that if I go Liverpool I like to stay in there.

Charming Stay in the Heart of Liverpool

I really enjoyed this gem of a hotel near Liverpool Town Hall. It’s housed in a beautifully preserved historic building with stylish, modern interiors. The bed was comfortable and spotless, and the views from the room were stunning. I’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful old hotel, but very run down

I recently stayed at the Britannia Adelphi Hotel in Liverpool and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The condition of the hotel did not meet expectations, with several areas appearing outdated and in need of maintenance. Customer service was below standard, and there were issues that impacted the overall comfort of the stay. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to others.
