I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport. It served the purpose no extras no-frills not even any chairs by the pool, but it was fine.

Terrible Stay
I must say that this was a terrible stay, I was using the toilet and when I was done I proceeded to get up and I grab the help bar on the side to help me up due to my back problem and the bar collapsed and I fell.

The room had a musky smell to it, found ants in the restroom and floors werenโt cleaned well.

Pay more, stay somewhere better!!
Pool was close, as was the bar and kitchen. Room smelled moldy as did the carpet. Hallways were unattended for the ceiling tiles were falling down. Overall cleanliness was totally lacking and unsatisfactory. The shuttle driver never showed up to take me a sister hotel so I could eat and use their pool. Very disappointed with the hotel. The csr at check in was excellent. Thatโs the only good thing about my entire experience that was positive.

Good stay
Strange smell in the halls but overall was a pleasant stay. Only needed some sleep before flight. Price was fair for what I need the stay for. Shuttle got me to airport on time and driver was super sweet

Nothing like the pics. Really run down. Clerk was laying on couch in lobby eating chips. Felt kinda unsafe going to your vehicle. Clerk didnโt know much about area and wasnโt helpful

You get what you pay for, I guess. It was definitely better than spending 12 hours in the Houston airport. The front desk staff was short on the phone but nice in person. Felt clean enough to shower and sleep. The outside looks a little rough. The airport shuttle driver was nice and quick!

I booked this property through Expedia due to the amenities offered such as pool hot tub and fitness center when I got there the property was not at all as described the pool was not open neither was the hot tub the fitness center smelled and the wallpaper was coming off the walls due to the water damage coming from the walls the holes were staying in the ceilings were stained from water damage the carpets smelled horrible my room was OK but not as I had pictured nor did it have a refrigerator or microwave
When I approach the staff most of the staff said they would see if they could get me in a different location however failed to do so and that all their other locations were booked I ended up spending three days with no amenities and no one even approach the manager with my issue nor did I receive a call from them
Obviously they were not concerned and weโre just in to grab the money although they grossly misrepresented their hotel and the amenities offered
If I had known the condition as well as the amenities were lacking as they were I wouldโve stayed in a much less expensive hotel during my stay personally I want a full refund just because of the inconvenience and the misrepresentation
