Ok stay in the Radisson! I always stay in Radissons when I travel and this should be one with lowest standards. I’m talking about room, shape of the building, and amicability. The location is excellent to all things SOHO and west end, it’s practical! And first time I didnt get an upgrade being a premium member.

Fabulous Stay

I booked this hotel for my wife and her friend for a theatre weekend. She said 'the staff were lovely, the room was quiet despite being in central London, the beds were comfy, good breakfast. We both appreciated the nice aromas throughout the hotel and the level of cleanliness. The upgrade was an amazing bonus. It made such a difference between being a nice weekend and being a really special weekend. It was fab!'

Terrible hotel. The air conditioning didn't work, the double socket on the desk was hanging off, the floor outside the room had clearly not been cleaned for weeks and the glasses and plates on the floor outside the room had mould on them.

Could be so much better.

I was a little disappointed with our stay. The location and staff were great but I booked a premier room and it was tiny. The bathroom had a small bath with a hand held shower attachment which you had to keep in your hand for the whole shower and with no shower curtain it soaked the whole bathroom. They would do better taking the bath out and putting a walk in shower there instead.
