There are four staffs at the front desk. Most of them are kind, but one girl is very lazy. Pool, room, kitchen are clean and cozy.

Disappointing stay- wonโt be returning.
The hotel looked much better in the photos online than in person. When I arrived, I had to search for the front desk clerk after waiting around with no one in sight. The area around the property felt unsafe, with some sketchy activity going on nearby.
There was only one ice machine located on the first floor next to the washer and dryer, and the floor in that area was constantly wet and dirty because the machine randomly dropped ice. I was staying on the third floor, so this was inconvenient.
The hotel clearly had water damage, which was obvious from the condition of the floors and a strong musty smell. Breakfast ended early at 9:30 a.m., and the pool was closed the entire timeโeven though temperatures were around 96ยฐF all week. One night, the police were even called to the hotel, which was unsettling.
The Hilton just across the parking lot looked like a much better option and felt safer overall. Staff at this hotel were unfriendly and often didnโt answer the phone. The beds were unusually high; my elderly grandmother had a very hard time getting in and out of bed.
While it was okay for a single night in a pinch, I would not recommend staying here and definitely wonโt be coming back.

Hotels.com -specify which country hotel is in!!
I didnโt actually stay at this hotel because I live in the UK and was looking for one in Durham, UK. I didnโt even know there is a Durham in the US! I think Hotels.com should make it clearer or at least put the price in dollars not pounds to avoid confusion! I emailed the hotel as soon as I realised and asked if they could possibly give me a refund even though I had chosen the non-refundable option but heard nothing back.
I donโt blame the hotel -itโs my own fault not theirs! Iโve given 3 stars for everything as that seems fair-I have no idea nor will I ever have how good this hotel is!

Floors in hallways were uneven, homeless people are constantly in the parking lot , trash in the landscaping, elevator was sketchy, and constant pest problems in 306.

AWFUL SERVICE AND DIRTY AS SIN
The people that run the front desk were absolutely rude and unhelpful.
I had turned my towels into housekeeping during housekeeping hours but they failed to bring me any clean ones back. So that following evening I called down to the front desk and asked if I could please get some towels and I was told that it was marked on his paperwork that we had already received towels for that day and we were not eligible to get any clean towels. I had to go down the street and purchase some towels to take my shower that evening.
I also needed quarters to complete my laundry cycle. I had enough quarters to start the wash but did not have enough for the dryer and I was told that he could not give me the quarters that he had in the register because he needed them for other customers. That I would have to walk to a store or figure something else out to complete my laundry.
The first morning I had spilled just a little bit of coffee on the floor next to my bed, so I used one of the towels that I have bought the night before to clean up my mess and when I looked at the towel after I was done it was near black! Absolutely disgustingly dirty. There's no way that these floors were cleaned before I entered this room.
