When I first arrived, I commented yo family that I visiting I had been staying here I think since they opened and it seems to be well taken care of. Then I settled in and saw the reality.
The carpet in my room was really bad. So many spots. It is not a matter of just cleaning it, it needs to be replaced.
The water was never hot enough for a bath.
The coffee pot in my room, the lid was broken and would drop behind the cabinet.
There was never an option of real cream for my coffee.
The outlets on the headboards would not hold the charging blocks in place, to charge.
I found it so disappointing how they closed off the dining area, baricading it with chairs, covering the drink machine with plastic. It seems cheap guests cannot have access to refreshments//water during the day or evening.
The staff was friendly.
Overall the other guests were quiet.
Bed and bath linens were nice.
Pillows were weak.
I hope, with the name Radisson above Country Inn, things might improve A LOT.
