My husband is blind. We were charged $150 deposit for having a dog even though itโs illegal to charge for a service animal. They said we would get the deposit back but Iโm still waiting . The room smelled of mildew. The whole facility is run down.

This is NOT a Comfort Inn. We paid for a night on site and the charge was to a Ramada. I think itโs an old Comfort Inn someone bought. It was dirty, it smelled and it was clearly old. Cracked floors, spots on walls, someoneโs leftover vape cartridge on the floor. Will not be staying here again and do not recommend at all. Another patron stormed out due to water and mold issues while we were there.

They were polite and nice to let us check in an hour early. Only nice thing to say tho, outside doesnโt match picture, very dingy, maybe a fire?. Hotel smelled bad, room on second floor stained/nasty carpet spots, kids and wife felt uneasy in room. Could see they were starting to remodel, when leaving after 15min hostess commented 3rd floor was better, hopefully true.

DIRTY AND RUDE SERVICE
Our stay started off with a rude person for check in. When we got to our room it smelled of cigarette smoke and the sheets were disgusting. I heard others during our stay complain of having to go to Walmart to buy sheets because they would not sleep on such filthiness. The back door was constantly propped open by a rock with a sign saying they kept it locked for the guest's safety. When we complained they said you should have come to us so we could switch your room. They offered no other assistance. We will not stay here again

Awful!
When they saw we booked with hotels.com they sent us to a different entrance, section and check in. That part of the hotel was under construction with no AC and the room was torn apart. Floors in hallway cracked and crumbling. Missing furniture and dirty construction area. They said thatโs all they had since we booked with hotels.com. We immediately asked for a refund (which they promised) and we left.

There was mattresss in the parking lot it was dark and felt very unsafe. I was told by many people not to stay there and find somewhere else to book. Which I did. Would not recommend. Does not look like the photos at all.

Good for the price
The staff was very friendly and the room was decently clean. However, the pool was closed, the hot water was back and forth, one of the lamps next to the bed didn't work, and the tub stopper didn't work so we had to wedge a washcloth into the drain. It was a cheaper option so we didn't complain but just a couple basic things need to be corrected
