Facilities around the hotel need major updates and parking is difficult, always crowded. Check in is not as fast as normal on a Hampton Inn. Hotel is okay but really needs an update soon.

This hotel is your avaerage hotel with nice staff and a good work out room. It was clean and comfortable. What i didnt like is the hall on my floor always smelled musty and my room always felt damp. The beds and pillows were comfy but I had to deal with feeling clammy all the time in the room.

Breakfast was mediocre. WiFi is free, but you only get extremely limited speed useful for checking emails. If you want faster internet, you have to pay for it... AC was bad and in desperate need of cleaning - couldn't keep it turned on because of bad smell. Very noisy environment and not very good soundproofing. I guess it's OK for one night, but definitely not suitable for longer stays.

Hotel didn't have the reservation.

I made the reservation, and it was confirmed by hotels.com. When the guests got there, they didn't have a room. I contacted the hotel directly they said that "someone canceled it" Obviously, the hotel overbooked. Needles to say, we didn't used this reservation, and the guests had an unpleasant time.

Disapointed with reception at checkin

It was a bad stay rooms where reserved And one was canceled at checkin so there were no more rooms and receptionist or mgmt did nothig to help except a im sorry Also my family got stuck in elevator spent like 20 min. Without any help was so frustrating and disapointing.
