I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with the check-in experience. Although most of the staff seemed friendly, the check-in process was poorly organized. There was a line and I waited for my turn, but the staff did not follow the order of the queue. After I had finished filling out the required form, the staff member who was assisting me suddenly started helping the guest behind me instead, completely ignoring me. I stood there waiting, unsure of what to do, until I asked again and was only told “two seconds.”
This lack of attention and disregard for guests who are waiting made the check-in process disappointing . I hope the hotel can improve its service and ensure that staff follow proper procedures and treat guests with more consideration.
