The woman working at the desk was very friendly, professional, and helpful. We asked for some suggestions of good places to eat nearby, and she gave us information of places she knew well. We tried those and had very good food and good service as well, along with ease of getting to the place. Much appreciated!

My daughter and I drove 6 hours to see Hamilton and when we checked in, exhausted and ready to put our feet up. Jodi took excellent care of us. She was kind, patient and even upgraded our room.
