Disgusting experience.
It was not-so-good, The room had this dusty smell to it, furniture was outdated. I had to go buy a bottle of Lysol to spray the room with so I could breath. I won't be going back to that place again.

Hotel was okay, this one was dated and my room had a musky smell. Overall good for 1 night i would not stay here if I was out of town for multiple days.

Clean hotel, Staff Friendly, Only one issue, Checked in around 4:30 pm. Got into room put everything up for the trip got organized. When I went and took a shower the tub closure knob was broken and would not let the water drain. Thought to myself not big deal they and fix. On the way back to the job at 5:30 told front desk about problem said they could fix in the morning or I could move rooms. I did not have time to move rooms. No big deal I brought in the tool I needed to repair when I returned, I repaired. Next day owner or manager called me to see if I minded if they went in to repair I told her I already did. I told I left the old on the side of the Tub. When I got back that evening the parts were still there and no one even checked it. My point on this before Covid they made up your rooms daily, They had maintenance at night. Prices are going up and service is going down. And the Hotels are not upgrading still the same hotel. Just venting

Poor customer service
Our stay was OK until they decided not to answer the phone multiple times. I left my pillow in the room and I spoke to her and she hung up on me. I tried calling her back several times and nobody from the front desk will answer itโs a $50 pillows and Iโm really upset so that shows me how they treat customer service.
