Hotel check in friendly staff , pool closed for two days out of three not sure what was wrong . I choose my hotel with a pool so it was very disappointing.
Rooms very comfortable best pillow ever.

Great room, no storage!
We are both allergic to feather pillows so i called ahead to arrange non-feather. Luckily i checked after check-in, as no Hilton has ever got this right for me, and they were feather. My allergic reaction started just by checking and touching the pillows. If i hadn't checked we'd both have been very ill. Front desk were apologetic and changed it for us. I thought this was a step-in shower, but there's a big step up, which I found very difficult without handrails. Lastly, there was nowhere for us to unpack. My friend used the tiny space in the wardrobe, i lived out of my suitcase. No shelves or drawers, no hook for a towel or a coat! The 'hooks' in the bathroom were useless.
Great staff, great shower, very clean and comfortable room. Fantastic aircon. The room felt quality. I may request a room with a different bathroom layout next time. And please can we have somewhere to put our clothes!

Great central hotel
Lovely modern hotel. Great breakfast and the food was actually hot. Rooms spacious and beds extremely comfy. Didnโt like having only a rain shower ( no good if needing to keep your hair dry) Had to have a bath but really wanted a shower. No tissues in bedroom which I would expect at this standard. Very helpful staff and great location for shops, subway etc. Would definately recommend

The bathroom smelled really bad, only 1 towel provided, overall a terrible room considering I booked a king size deluxe room
2/10 will never come back and would not recommend.

The toilet ceiling was dirty. Informed the front desk and was told it wil be cleaned. When we came back that night it wasnโt cleaned. Informed again the next morning and it was cleaned.
As for the shower, there was no hand shower and no rain shower. The bathtub was small. Better not to have a bathtub.
Other than that all the front desk staff is very kind and helpful.
The hotel is in a strategic location.

2nd stay at the hotel. A great base for the city. Super handy parking onsite. Helpful staff and overall brilliant.

Good location but very much let down by restaurant
Hotel is great location and staff were friendly. We had dinner in the restaurant one night and breakfast 2 mornings. The cutlery was very dirty on every visit. Lots of tables with dirty plates and we had to stand waiting in middle of restaurant while they cleared and cleaned a table for us. It was very disorganised. Breakfast on the second morning was very poor. Very little food left and nothing being topped up for the many guests still arriving for breakfast. Buffet stations were a mess. I would stay again only for the location but give the restaurant a wide berth. Disappointing.

Our room was not clean I went to reception and asked they still didnโt clean. Also very loud had a kid with additional needs and they charged us extra 20 pounds to check in early!

The hotel was in a good location & all areas we used looked top notch. We didnโt get to use the pool or gym this time unfortunately.
The only negative we had was the pillows were not that comfortable & we didnโt sleep that great. This is a personal opinion & would not stop us returning.
