We had a short stay but appreciated the hospitality of the hotel. Quick shuttle service to and from the hotel. Rooms were average - nothing special but in good condition and clean.

Check in was easy and they only required a $10 deposit for incidentals; staff was friendly and polite; room was clean, comfortable, and quiet.
The hotel shuttle driver that drove us to the airport was personable and professional.
I personally feel this hotel deserves a much higher rating than the 8.4 shown on the Hotel.com listing.

Poor quality hotel for the price !
The carpeting in the hallway to room 140 was badly rumpled (I had to walk against the walls to avoid the rumples in the walking aisle), there were spiders in several areas (in corners), bathroom sink had debris along the top of the sink (under the top edge).

Great location
Location next to airport is great. Room was good, with one exception. There was a water leak in the room above which caused a drip over the toilet in my room. I alerted the front desk and they said that they would address it the next day. Hotel was booked so they didnโt offer me another room but I should have pushed. The next morning I mentioned it to the new desk person and she seemed to take it much more seriously and was apologetic. All ended fine but could have been handled better.

Musty smelling halls and room
It was musty smelling like a mold and mildew smell throughout the hallways and they were hot, one elevator out of the two was out of order. Our room smelled constantly of mildew, very musty odor. Floors felt damp due to humidity, maybe a dehumidifier would be a good upgrade. Hotel is dated and could use remodeling. Shuttle service was great and fast.
