Great breakfast. Tony at the breakfast area was friendly, gracious and you could tell he loved his job. The stay was perfect. Perfect location too.

Everyone was so friendly. From check in to check out we were met with smiles. The cleaning and dining staff members were always more than happy to help.
They made our getaway to Myrtle Beach very comfortable and memorable

Nice Stay
Great trip! The hotel is nice and the service was great at the front desk. The room was decent, but the bathroom could have been cleaner. There were black marks on the toilet seat and in the bathtub. The marks on the toilet seat came off after I re-cleaned it myself, so it wasnโt reported. The room was serviced during our entire 3 night stay, which was nice.

Staff at the front desk was great every day
When I got to my room, I noticed that the lamp doesnโt work nor does the coffee pot. Neither of them were even plugged into the wall. Thereโs not an outlet on that wall so they just ran the power cables to the back of the entertainment center, but thereโs no actual outlet to plug them in so they just flat out donโt work
Couldnโt use the phone to call down to the desk so I had to walk down multiple times
Front section to the air conditioner in the room is falling off of the unit
There is mold in the corners to the bathtub. I did manage to get some of it cleaned out before I took a shower.
Breakfast was pretty good though

This stay was due to the unexpected death of my sibling.
If i need to stay here again, I will stay, but i WILL NOT use hotels.com. Going through the third party created far to many problems during a time my family was mentally, physically and emotionally exhausted.
The Check in process took almost an hour (even with confirmation numbers).
My family needed calm and peacefulness- but that is not what we found.
