There was mold in my room, went and ask for another room and the guy was more concerned about that I threw something in the trash can in the room and a little bar of soap was open that they can replace. I checked in at 10 something and wasnโt in the room long. No sorry no nothing and now I have to wait for my refund cause the manager wasnโt there

The stay was okay however the room I booked wasnโt what o got so I was very upset..,. Big to mention the loudness tho yelling all in the halls all night and thr constant running around upstairs was driving me crazy.

No Blow Dryer, No Shampoo, No Ironing Board or Iron.
I've stayed at the cheapest hotels and never had this stuff missing and the worst was I had to ask for a blow dryer, this should be standard in a hotel.
Do yourself a favor don't stay here.

The adage " you get what you pay for" applies to this Motel 6. I ALWAYS stay at Marriott Brand properties and had an emergency - so someone else booked for me and it was an awful stay overall! The hotel is housing for some and it was evident and clear after day one. A strange guy KNOCKED on the door and asked to charge his phone; the man in the unit above me paced back and forth with his shoes clearly on until 2am-ish for about 5 of the seven days! I was trying to be patient and folk looked "on the edge )" so I finally HAD to say something. The staff did nothing and the manager told me that it was not his fault and I should have asked to be moved...lol. The noises got worse (banging to dropping things) and I missed work on Monday because I did not sleep on Sunday night! NEVER AGAIN will I even look at a Motel 6. All I asked for was a one night refund---out of a 7 day stay. VERY fair of me but ...nope! SMH.

My first and LAST time overlooking Brand Loyalty because the addage "you get what you pay for" unfortunately proved itself to be true! The man in the room above me walked i.e. paced with shoes on! - most of the evening and ALL NIGHT until about 1am and (I dealt with it for 3 days) until Sunday - had to work Monday, when I went to the front desk finally at 3am to report it. Then, the noise got worse! Stuff dropping on the floor, dresser drawers being slammed, pure ignorance and disregard for mutual respect. Then, next morning, a strange man knocked on the door to ask to use my electricity! After that, I asked to be refunded but was told that "...you should have told us sooner - we would have moved you." WRONG ANSWER! MARRIOTT HOTELS - ALWAYS AND DEFINITELY FROM NOW ON! I did not book this and stayed here as a result of an emergency since I am also visiting. Lesson learned! You really do get what you pay for and I missed a day of work too. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER STAY ANYWHERE OTHER THAN A BRAND AFFILIATE OF THE MARRIOTT. MARRIOTT BRANDS value their customers.

It's ok. Internet always going in and out.
Though we ordered 2 queens for 4 people the lady in the front desk argued that it should only be two people when it was for 4 people. She almost didn't want to give up another bath towel. Old place but good only if you're a rugged person no hygiene kind of person.
