The room was a basic room but we didn’t need anything fancy, we just slept in it. It was perfect for us, convenience to Disney. My only complaint is my daughter put her purse on the top shelf & it must have had something greasy, it left a stain on her pants. Other than that we were completely happy & will be back again!!

Our go to hotel.

This is our go to hotel. The safe is friendly and the place is clean and comfortable. We love the theme park view. Its an easy 10 minute walk to the park. The staff makes balloon swords for the kids. My Son loves the water park. We will definitely stay here again and again.

The staff was amazing. The room though was extremely outdated, the towels were terrible, the water took forever to get warm, and the AC barely worked. Also you can hear everything like the highway from the room.

It would be nice to have some kind of tram to take us to and from the parks other than that the staff is friendly and informative. Was able to do early check in which was a plus for us.

I’ve stayed here several times, however the last time was such a disappointment. The fridge and bathroom were disgusting. When I complained to corporate, nothing was done. So, I’ll take my money elsewhere next time.
