The person at the front counter was not there for 15 minutes when we arrived at 10:30 pm. She finally showed up and said she needed a break and needed to get away 😳. Then, went to our room and booked a room with two double beds and there was only one bed. The room smelled like urine and the bathroom was for handicap person. The staff was very nice. I booked the hotel for its indoor pool. When we went to swim on day 2, it was super cold. I asked the front desk and they told me the part for heating the pool is ordered but not yet delivered. All week the pool wasn’t available for my use the entire stay 7 days. I booked there for the pool. I had my autistic son with me and I wanted to let him swim. Very disappointing. As I was checking out a guy was heading to the pool. We talked and he too booked there for the use of the pool. Also, the mattress felt like sleeping on a brick. Not comfortable.

I was charged to full original amount and have not been successful obtaining any refund. In addition, the room was dirty, tv service was not available, and half of the pillows did not have a pillowcase when I checked in.

Rooms were dirty, stains on couches, shower curtains, and blankets. Halls smelled terrible, staff didn’t care. Bath tubs , towels and wash clothes looked like they were not clean, a LOT of mold on bottom of shower curtain, breakfast was disgusting and the servers clothes looked DIRTY LIKE THEY NEVER WASHED THEIR UNIFORMS. Overall TERRIBLE STAY. Disgusting!!!!
