Hidden gem!

Excellent stay. From the moment of booking, communication has been prompt. While checkin, we were a bit delayed en route but Alex is amazing - he waited for us with a smile, checked us in and was helpful throughout the stay despite a minor hiccup. Will come back again!

Guy at front desk (Alexander I want to say?) was so helpful. Helped with secure parking and recommended great food options. The room was amazing. Very walkable to a lot of great locations in Belgrade. I’d come back again for sure.

Centrally located near Republic Square, comfortable room, a bit small but enough for 2 people, no breakfast service but we had breakfast out. The only downside was we requested a transfer service from the airport at 1:30 am but there was some problem and the transfer didn't arrive, we had to take a normal taxi to the city centre. I would recommend due to central location and good value for money.

Overall good, friendly and helpful staff, good location. One can very clearly hear sounds from outside the room. For my personal taste the beds were a tiny bit hard. The bathroom doors are glass which is kind of weird! Arrived late but staff are on call for check-in or if you need anything after hrs. Nice to have a fridge in the room. Jacuzzi was great.

Otel temizdi ancak çarşaf ve koltuk döşemesinde yırtıklar vardı. Mini Barda sunulan su ve diğer bütün içecekler ücretliydi bunu ilk defa yaşıyorum. Gürültüsüz bir otel, odada klima ve kurutma makinesi var. Merkezi konumda her yere çok yakın. Belgrad'a tekrar geldiğimde yine burada kalacağım.

Great staff, clean facility and well maintained. Great location. The room was quite small with a bathroom door next to the bed. The units were on the second floor with no elevator.

The location is great(very close to all tourist areas). Concierge is there 7am-11pm so make sure to get in within those hours. My issue with it is that is listed as a 4 star hotel, when it clearly is not(maybe 2). If you want to use the tub, you have to ask the front desk to turn it on and it’s one set temperature. The front desk controls filling the tub and it’s temperature. You can hear the hall noise very clearly and although it looks like the inside has been renovated and it’s currently non-smoking, it still holds a smell to it.

Deluxe jakuzili oda tercih etmiştik, jakuzinin çalışması resepsiyondan isteniyor, resepsiyonda gece 23.00 den sonra kimse olmuyor ve sırbistan numarasını arayarak jakuzinin açılması sağlanıyor. Odada telefon yok, odanın içindeki bir hizmeti resepsiyon ile kullanmak saçma ayrıca jakuzi çalıştıktan sonra içinden bacak kılları çıkmaya başlıyor. Onun dışında bir sorun yoktu.

Partiamo dal positivo il personale e’ sempre stato gentile e disponibile, la struttura pubblicizza camere con idromassaggio che nel mio caso era assente. Camera molto piccola con bagno interamente in vetro delle dimensioni ottime per una persona non più alta di 1,60 e con un peso corporeo pari ai 40kg. Prenoto il transfer per l’aeroporto partenza alle 5 del mattino raccomandando la puntualità il mio aereo partiva alle 6.30, mi rassicurano che andrà tutto benissimo. … ergo alle 5.15 del mattino sono sulla strada ad aspettare il transfer che non è mai arrivato, fortunatamente ho trovato un taxi. La struttura mi ha restituito i soldi ma capite che per quanto mi riguarda tutto ciò è inaccettabile. La loro giustificazione è stata che il driver ha trovato traffico ma se hai un cliente prenotato alle 5 del mattino al mio paese ti presento almeno 5 minuti prima non mezz’ora dopo

Jag och min bror hade detta som sista natten innan vi skulle till Tessla Airport. Det låg på 4e våning utan hiss, det var inget problem, men är man äldre kan det vara dumt. Receptionen var 1 mansbetjänad och när vi skulle checka in var det rast... En miss jag gjorde var att det inte alls erbjöds frukost, men rummet i sig självt var det inget fel på. Dubbelsäng, där man kunde dela sängarna enkelt. Jag skulle säga det är ett bra boende för 1 natt, är man dock äldre eller vill bo flera dagar, då väljer man annat boende. Stort plus för service med flygplats transfers, engelska på receptionisten och chauffören var mycket bra!
