DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!
I booked the room blindly not realizing they wanted a $50 deposit which they would only accept as a hold on a credit card! No cash deposits! They also would not honor my refund as they declined my refund request! I will never use them again!

The room was broken
My room had no refrigerator or microwave this visit although I had it on a previous visit and the room was advertised. The room air conditioning could not keep up with the heat, so it was much too warm. The nightstand light was broken.

I booked a suite with two separate areas โ one with a private room featuring a king bed, and a living room area with a sofa that could accommodate two people. My reservation was for 2 adults and 2 children. However, upon arrival, the suite I was given did not have the promised sofa in the living room โ only two chairs.
I went down to the front desk to report the issue, and they moved us to a different room, but it only had two small beds pushed together. They told me my original suite was no longer available.
Unfortunately, this did not meet the needs of my family, and I had to cancel the reservation. Very disappointing experience.

I really donโt know where to begin.
First, I entered the first room, and it smelled like mildew and insect spray!!
The second room, I entered, smell mildew, and the sheets felt damp.
I woke up with several little red bites on my leg, even though I slept with PJs.
When the service person from downstairs came to bring me to my second room, she was telling me how how lucky I was that I got this room because the other side of the hotel was worse than the room that Iโm getting now.
So overall, I would say I would never return back to this hotel!
The room was $179 a night and they gave me a refund of $79.
Just to sleep overnight to get rest.
Please check your comforters and sheets for the fact that I had makeup on my comforter and sheets,and towels used in my second room .

We chose this hotel for a weeklong family vacation but I will never stay at this hotel again. The front desk workers were very nice, the beds were comfortable and the pool was clean but those were the only good things about our stay. We went the first two days of our weeklong stay with no housekeeping service. I was informed that we have to request a cleaning daily when I went to the front to ask for clean towels. I put our room on the list for the following morning and still received no cleaning service. I requested again for the next dayโฆ STILL nothing. I did another request and finally got service the day before we were to check out. The floors were either dirty or leeching pigment because it made our feet black so we wore sandals inside the whole time. Our room also had gnats flying around that we could not get rid of. The elevators werenโt in service and the ice machines werenโt working either so we had to buy cold drinks and a cooler since our room was not an upgraded one with a mini fridge or microwave. Even though we paid less than $600 for the entire week I wish we would have spent extra money and stayed somewhere else. Anywhere else!
