Awful - avoid at any cost

The hotel is not a 4* - it more like a hostel resort for low end families Rooms are dirty, walking bear foot on the room carpet ended with feet black of dirt. Rooms and elevators smell urine. It could not be worst

My review, worth the stay

All in all it was great. We stayed in one of the suits and the room was a good size for a family of 4. The down side is you feel like a VRBO because you park in a separate lot and walk right to your room. You bypass the hotel. Also there was no room Servise. There’s good food at the hotel but you need to pick it up. They do not deliver. With all that we had a wonderful time and would go back!

The hotel is beautiful and staff was great. However, there was a $50/night parking fee and $48 dollar resort fee that was added to my bill when I checked out. I was only there for a wedding and didn’t even use the pool and other amenities. I feel like this should be part of the price of the room. It feels like this is their tactic to get people to pay them more money. I felt it was very dishonest.

A bit disappointed

The pictures need to be updated. The room I reserved showed a fire pit in the patio/balcony but they haven't had them for 2 years. The room is worn and could use some updates. The cost didn't match the room.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. It was my birthday weekend and the staff made it really special. Our room was big and private, everything was clean. The pool has towels for you to use. We will definitely be staying again.
