The location of the hotel is very good, also parking in front of the hotel. Unfortunately there have been spiders and other insects in the room (maybe because of the garden?) and one towel was dirty. Breakfast was ok.

No laundry room

Hotel U Cisare

More bed and breakfast style rather than hotel. Room was quite large and clean. Extra bed was really poor for adult. No actual reception and staff couldn't speak english at all. Location was nice and WiFi worked.

It was a disaster. In my first message I asked the hotel to reserve a room with 2 separate beds on the ground floor or 1st floor (because of my walking disability). When we arrived at the hotel, the key to room number 10 was waiting in the box. We found the room on the 2nd floor, which was also the attic. Wednesday was a very hot day and we found a fan in the room, but no air conditioning. It felt like 35 degrees Celsius. The skylights were closed because the sun was shining so strongly. I called the manager to ask him to assign us another room. He said that the hotel was fully booked, but that there was a romantic room in the basement. Not knowing anything, we accepted the offer. Although the manager warned us that there was no window in the room, we checked in and went into town for a walk and lunch. When we returned in the evening, we realized the extent of the room drama. We discovered that the room was nothing more than a slightly converted laundry room where the house's drains met. The room was cool, but quite musty. The room had neither a table nor chairs, but there was a large wooden bathtub. It was wet inside and not pleasant to be raw. There was also a drain right next to the bed. There was no door to the toilet, just a jute curtain. The water in the sink drained very slowly. The air conditioning was very loud and we only got "fresh air" when we opened the door to the hallway. There was only one light switch. Common for the bathroom and the room. It was impossible t

Achtung: besser nicht buchen !

Wir standen leider vor verschlossenen Türen. Keine der beiden angeschlagenen Nummern waren erreichbar. Auch die Klingel wurde nicht beantwortet. Wir haben es mehrfach und auch mit einiger Wartezeit versucht. Leider hat uns niemand geöffnet und wir haben uns ein anderes Hotel suchen müssen. Der Betrag wurde allerdings abgebucht, bei Hotels.com erreicht man aber niemanden. Am Morgen danach waren wir noch einmal dort und hatten gehofft, jemanden zu treffen, kamen aber auch nicht weiter. Es sah nicht danach aus, dass überhaupt Gäste dort waren. Den Vermieter habe ich angeschrieben, ebenso Hotels.com und nun heißt es abwarten. Zahlt lieber ein paar Euros mehr und geht in eine andere Unterkunft.

Das war leider gar nichts!

Die guten Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Die Zimmer waren in einem schlechten Zustand. An einer Steckdose fehlte die Plastikverkleidung, der Badvorleger sah aus als wäre eine Fußballmannschaft darüber gelaufen und die Wand an der Kopfkissenseite war einfach nur ekelig. Aber richtig schlimm wurde es dann beim Früßstück (wenn man das so nennen will). Ich hatte noch nie ein so schlechtes Frühstück. Der Kaffee war eine nicht zu identifizierende braune Brühe. Die Cerealien sahen aus als wären sie schon 5 Jahre in den Glasbehältern. Sorry, so was habe ich auf meinen vielen Reisen noch nicht erlebt.

Es gibt keine Rezeption, check-in nur telefonisch, wenn man Glück hat, geht Jemand ans Telefon. Das Zimmer war schmutzig und verwohnt, die Fotos entsprechen nicht der Wahrheit. Der Frühstücksraum war abgeschlossen, nach 20 Minuten Wartezeit wurde aufgeschlossen, das Frühstück ist billig, es gibt Reste von den Vorgängern. Die Lage ist gut, das ist das einzig Positive

Nie wieder

Wir waren vor 3 Jahren schon einmal Im Hotel Kraus. Der Unterschied war erschreckend. Der Innenhof war runtergekommen. Im "Fahrrad Schuppen" mußten wir uns ersteinmal Platz schaffen, Abschließen war eine Luftnummer. Das Bad war schlimm anzuschauen Schimmel in den Fugen, der Duschschlauch schon viele Tage kaputt. Scharfkantige Haltebleche von früheren nützlichen Dingen waren noch vorhanden.Ein abgebauter Rauchmelder rundet den schlechten Eindruck ab. Sehr schade der heutige Anblick! PS.das Toastbrot zum Frühstück war verschimmelt!

Keine besetzte reception, zimmerschlüssel mit telefon und codenr. Aus kasten, abgenutztes zimmer und bad, ungepflegter innenhof, frühstück ging. Für eine nacht zur not geht es gerade so.die lage in der altstadt und der aussichtspunkt auf den zusammenfluss von elbe und moldau ist sehr schön und der einzige grund für den preis für das DZ.

Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen

Aufgrund eines schweren Gewitters vor Mêlnik wolte ich eine verspätete Anreise, gegen 19.30 Uhr telefonisch mitteilen. Ich bin Fernradfahrer, 82 Jahre alt. Auf mindestens 10 Anrufversuche keine Meldung des Hotels. Am Hotel angekommen musste ich mehrfach klingeln, bis durch Summer die Tür geöffnet wurde. Im Hotel kein Personal, obwohl 24 Std. Rezeption angezeigt war. In der Hoteleingangstür stehend, damit sie nicht zuging, musste ich wieder viele Anrufe tätigen, bis sich jemand meldete, der nach meinem Namen fragte und einen Codes für den Zimmerschlüssel Safe mitteilte. Vom Ankommen bis zum erlangen des Zimmerschlüssels sind 50 Minuten vergangen. So etwas habe ich bei vielen Radtouren, die ich, seit ich Rentner bin, unternommen habe, noch nicht erlebt.

A clean old hotel, no elevator, terrible breakfast

The hotel and room was ok, clean, nice. The terrible eperience was the breakfast. Smelling ham, old bread, incredibly dirty coffee machine.

Nedslidt men fungerer, det var nu heller ikke så dyrt at bo der.. Varmepumpe holder en vågen, da den larmer en del… sengetøj passer ikke til sengen, så lagen flytter sig, så man ligger uden, og så ren er madrassen heller ikke…bruser skal holdes i hånden, da beslag på vægen ikke holder den fast og så løber vandet forbi forhænget.. meget fodkoldt, så det kræver fodtøj at opholde sig på værelset med dette flisegulv Morgenmad er også sparsomt, men som skrevet, det koster heller ikke mange penge at bo her..

Worst Hotel to stay with family

Worst hotel room ever.. spiders and web all over the room.. room was never cleaned.. no front desk for assistance..very poor service for breakfast.. took video and pictures of spiders and sent to hotel incharge .. no apologies just said do u want another room which was very rude. never changed towels or cleaned the room again after mentioning it..

Nie wieder dieses Hotel

Vo Anfang an furchtbar! Der check in war kompliziert, die Rezeption war nur schwer und nur telefonisch erreichbar. Reklamationen wurden ignoriert. Die Heizung, Air Condition war micht regelbar. Das Zimmer war sehr kalt. Kein TV Programm verfügbar. Frühstuvk war erst 30 Minuten zu spät und das Brot war nicht frisch, ebenso Obst(alte Äpfel)

Gut für wenig Geld

Die Unterkunft war für den Preis absolut angemessen. Man konnte draußen sitzen, es war sauber und es hatte sogar ein Smarttv. Die Lage war auch gut.
