Great hotel and location. Walking distance to downtown, convention center, Amalie arena and Riverwalk. Super comfy bed, delicious breakfast. Free room upgrade due to rewards program. $50 valet parking and normally a $50 resort fee is high, but expected at a metropolitan four star hotel. Customer service was fantastic

Stay at the Westin Tampa

My husband and I were in Tampa for a veterans convention. The hotel and hotel services were very nice. The room had only one sitting chair even though the room had two beds. The soap dispenser never got filled even though we stayed for 3 nights. The food was excellent along with the hospitality.

It was very difficult to order in house dining, the button didn’t work on the room phone and the website wouldn’t work. We eventually had to call the front desk and they relayed our order.
