"We were visiting Zermatt for the day so we decided to park our camper van. Well we felt like a real bed and a shower and this hotel did not disappoint! The bedding was so comfortable. The rain shower was a dream! And the heated floors were lovely. Also so close to train station! And wishhhh we hadn’t already eaten dinner because the Italian restaurant looked incredible. But we did have a nice cocktail before bed. Staff was very friendly and all spoke English. "

"The front desk staff at this hotel were amazing! They really took care of us. And even though we didn't have a reservation at the restaurant (and they were full), they gave us a glass of wine while we waited and got us in quickly. And it was fantastic!

"Room is nice & clean. Bed is comfortable and the balcony is amazing. Close to the train station so it is very convenient. Also close to shopping & restaurants. Staffs are friendly and they even prepared a packed breakfast when we told them that we are checking out early. Overall great experience with Hotel Butterly and will definitely come back. "
