"The room was clean. I was bummed because i thought i reserved a balcony room. Food was amazing and so was the service. We are planning to come back. Thank you."
"I had to change the room because after I checked in the room that they put me in was stink, but there was no problem getting another room with the same city view that I asked for"
"Everything was great. The staff was super friendly and accommodating with our needs. They noticed when you came and went. They gave helpful tips about the area. The room was clean, bed was comfy and the kitchenette was well stocked. The location was convenient to many attractions that New Orleans has to offer, such as the WWII Museum. There was a nice dog park, pool, bbq and basketball/tennis courts, even a convenient laundromat. Rolling luggage racks made loading and unloading our vehicle nice and easy. What really stood out was the manager, Taylor, who went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. Each day he would greet us and ask us. He was genuine and really cared so we felt like VIPs. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Best hotel stay we’ve had in quite a while! "
