Apex City of Bath Hotel

"The location of the hotel is convenient to many shops, restaurants and transport. 5-8 minute walk to everything we needed. The swim and spa facilities were great and we used twice during our stay. The first time was at 6pm, when a few families were also present. The second time was around 10am and we had the pool to ourselves. The room we had was a deluxe room and was slightly disappointed that a separate living space wasn’t included, as per the pictures, however this didn't impact our stay and the room was still very spacious. "

"We chose to stay in an executive room. The room was clean although I was advised that the accessible room option which I would have preferred wasn't as nice.
We found the bathroom a bit claustrophobic and not suitable for my needs.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
However when we checked in we were advised that there was no access to the phone.
While seeking clarification we didn't the suggestion that we moved to a sister hotel as I am a disabled ,making me feel that we should put or shut up.
I wasn't happy that there was no concessions on the charges for disabled parking and there was only one disabled parking bay per floor.
The breakfast options were varied.
The hot options were fresh and well presented. "
"Breakfast is good with premium food and variety. The location is wonderful being so close to many restaurants and in the city center. Only a miner problem : the lotion bottle is always empty."
"Great hotel, super central for what we wanted. Room was really comfortable (could hear people walking round at night but not the hotels fault)
