I want to specially thank Hashim at the reception desk for his incredible hospitality. Also, I'd like to highlight how delicious the breakfast was! I have stayed at much more expensive hotels with a sea of options, etc...but they usually lack in flavor. This breakfast felt like it had a soul! it had flavor. I haven't had a hotel breakfast this good in a long time. Also, the Padel court on site is one of the best plus I have ever encountered. Balcony was spacious. I'd definitely recommend it to my friends.

A comfortable friendly home from home hotel

We did not have breakfast but the excellent breakfast manager this morning let us have as many teas or coffee s as we liked whilst we waited for the taxi. The service was excellent, super amazing staff and Racan gave us an upgrade too making it even better value. We loved our room, the hotel is centrally located, near all the places we wished to visit. We would definately come again.

Great Service, But Not Worth the Price I recently stayed at the Mövenpick Hotel and honestly found it to be pretty mediocre overall. The building itself looks old and a bit run-down, definitely not what you’d expect for the rates they charge. The view from the room was also disappointing—nothing scenic or particularly pleasant to look at, which took away from the overall experience. For the price, I expected a lot more. The rooms and amenities feel average at best. You’re paying a premium, but the hotel doesn’t deliver on the luxury or comfort you’d hope for at that level. That said, the customer service was outstanding across the board. Every staff member we interacted with—from the front desk to housekeeping—was professional, kind, and eager to help. The restaurants were also a highlight: great food, excellent presentation, and attentive service. If you’re booking purely for the dining experience and warm hospitality, you might enjoy your stay. Stay in North Jeddah

What a spectacular find in Jeddah. Usually I would stay further south in the city. However, this location is so much better. It's safer. It's closer to a world of choices of food to pick from. On top of all these, the service is great, the place is kept clean and the food provided is abundant and clean.

The hotel is great and it’s location in tahlia near to different facilities The pool is fantastic however The room space is great and the staff are very friendly The only issue it that the rooms in the ground floor have some noises form outside the buildings specially room without pool view

We were quite disappointed with this hotel. Upon arrival in the evening (very quite time) no one was there to help us, tell us where we can park, or give us any information. Checkin was literally consists of giving us the room key and leave us to figure out where to go(floors , elevator etc). Room was not cleaned properly so the front desk staff were apologetic and had to change our room. The rooms are newly renovated so that was a plus. But the whole hotel, including rooms, specially on the first and second floor, had continuously food smell from breakfast area and restaurant, which combined with air freshener was not a pleasant smell at all. Breakfast was okay but chaotic, I am not sure if the staff were going through training or what but most of the time staff and supervisors were in deep conversation among each other rather than helping customers. On the day of our departure, we had to call the front desk 5 times to send someone to help us with our luggages and of course no one showed up!!! So overall very poor service / hotel, specially when Movenpick position itself as 5* hotel. Unfortunately this is the second time in a row that we have been utterly disappointed by movenpick in two different locations and we will not be staying and/or suggesting it to anyone.

Excellent stay in jeddah

We had an excellent 2 day stay at the movenpick in Jeddah . The hotel was very relaxing, had a lovely pool and everything was very well organized. The staff were very attentive and helpful. If you stay make sure you take the incredible breakfast all home cooked by chef hisham and his team. Amazing food and extremely nice Hisham who explained the cooking and was very generous! A great place to stay

I had a great time at the Movenpick, the hotel has been recently refurbished so everything is brand new. It’s not a huge hotel so it feels very homely. The staff was really a friendly and attentive.
