Florence stay

Staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and responded to any queries or requests efficiently. We arrived quite late but the hotel had sent extensive instructions on how best to travel from the train station to the hotel as well as how to access the room once we arrived. The breakfast was perfect - it had a range of cereals, pastries etc and a fantastic coffee. It is a 20 minute walk from the centre of Florence. We really enjoyed our stay.

amazing hotel!

Far above expectations! For a relatively cheap hotel we were expecting a standard room and standard service. The rooms were exceptionally spacious, modern and clean, there was a lovey little balcony too (see photos!) During check in we were given a map with the receptionist giving a run through of the sights and how best to plan our limited number of days. We were also given restaurant recommendations with him offering to book us a taxi and reservation for that night (this was very helpful as we had arrived late ). We then mentioned that one of us was gluten free and the receptionist noted it for breakfast time and we were given a separate plate with gluten free cakes, pastries and snacks… some extras which we brought for throughout the day as finding gf snacks can be difficult! All of the food was fab (much more selection than standard continental) and there was a little outside patio you could eat in the summer. The hotel was walking distance from the train station and city centre too which made things easy. Excellent experience could not recommend more!

Room was clean and well presented. Smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. Could hear the family living upstairs, child running up and down, dragging chairs in the morning. This ‘hotel’ is in a residential building and only occupies 2 floors. Had to use a 7 digit to get onto both floors and to get into the building. No sensor lights working in the stairwell up to the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at 3110 Arthotel. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was lovely if you can have it outside on the terrazza. Hotel is close to centre of Florence with just a 20 min walk to Galleria dell’Academia do Firenze and 5 more to the Duomo.

O hotel fica num prédio, no primeiro andar, a 2,5km do centro histórico, onde fizemos tudo a pé, após deixar o carro no estacionamento conveniado (20,00 euros/dia). O café da manhã é simples , mas atende bem. Quarto confortável e de bom tamanho (estávamos em 3).

We verbleven 5 nachten in kamer 202. Het hotel was zeer goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer om de stad in zijn volledigheid te verkennen, ook buiten het toeristische centrum. Het was ongeveer 20 minuten aan een goed tempo wandelen naar de Duomo. Kamer 202 was cozy, mooi en proper, met een goed werkende airconditioning. Elke dag werd de kamer grondig schoongemaakt met vers badlinnen. Het verdiep erboven is geen onderdeel van het hotel, maar de bovenburen zijn op werkdagen luidruchtig in de ochtend. Het ontbijtbuffet was gevarieerd, maar wel elke dag exact hetzelfde. Voor een langer verblijf (> 3 nachten) vonden we het te weinig afwisselend. Het ontbijtterras was een oase van rust. De manager was zeer vriendelijk en gaf goede tips. Het personeel bij het ontbijt was beleefd, maar onpersoonlijk (er was geen ruimte voor conversatie). Conclusie: een zeer goed hotel voor een citytrip.

The sisters that work the morning and afternoon shifts are fabulous! The check in was easy and our room was absolutely as expected! Very clean hotel and room. Comfortable with lots of space. We had a great experience at this hotel. It's close to downtown and has a good breakfast (Italian standard and portions, not as diverse as American!). Big washroom and shower. The only issue was that our room was smelling cigarette and opening windows for 3 days didn't help.

The hotel seemed like it was apart of appartment blocks. There were some stairs (just to bear in mind for accessibility). It's cosy, cute and sufficed for a couple nights stay. The city centre is about a 20 min walk, with great bus links into the centre and also tram links near by for the airport. Staff were nice and helpful.
