10/10 Exceptional

The location was close to the train station. The staff was ridiculously nice. The breakfast was extremely tasty and was available quite early. The best part was the view and sounds from the river nearby.

10/10 Exceptional

The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful! The room was spacious and had complimentary tea & bottled water when we arrived. The breakfast was adequate, the balcony was lovely & the beds were comfortable! Location was perfect, just a short uphill walk to get to the train/bus station and main square! Would absolutely recommend this little B&B.

It was ok for the price. Small, simple, good location. The next door restaurant super!

8/10 Very good

Great place to stay for the price. Some people complained about it being a little loud - which is a little true if you are an extremely light sleeper. It is located at the edge of town and is quiet outside of when the busses start in the morning and the river, which is super calming, but even then it is not too loud. 3 minute walk into the center of town and bus station. Would stay again.

Its an average property, nothing exceptional compared to the price. Rooms are old and rusty

It is a basic, no frills hotel that works very well for a night or 2. Good restaurant a couple doors down. Did the job for us.

Lovely small hotel

About 10 minutes walk from the train station. It is not in the middle of the tourist area so it is quiet at night.

Great Service - amazing breakfast

Amazing service, the employees are great people. My only comment is about the pictures of the room with balcony to enjoy the river. The balcony is very small and not comfortable. My expectation in regards of seating in the balcony to enjoy the outdoor couldn’t happen . The breakfast is excellent and the care of employees is above expectations.

Incredible service, very clean and comfortable. The staff was insanely attentive and the breakfast is served super early (4:30a start) so you can get to Machu Picchu quickly. Highly recommend.

Beautiful courtyard! Beautiful people! Gabriela at the front desk was so helpful. Vulisa and Reuben in the restaurant were amazing. Kiki the alpaca was adorable. Great experience!

8/10 Very good

It was pretty good. It looks better in the pictures though. The bathroom shower never drained while you were in it so you were almost taking a bath by the end. But the water was really hot which I appreciated. Oh if you need a wheelchair, this hotel is not for you. I was on the top floor and there were only stairs, no elevator. I would stay here again.

Great location with superb staff!

We had a wonderful stay at Panorama. The staff working there were amazing! From the smiling, happy face of the young lady at the front to the chef who prepared our breakfast! The room was comfortable and yes, it is on the road that the buses travel by in the morning but it was fine and I am a light sleeper. Location was nice as it is away from the hustle and bustle of the main area but a 2 minute walk from the great restaurants.

Stayed in a triple room on the top floor in Sept 2023. Had a nice balcony overlooking the river. Beds were comfortable with nice duvets. Room was clean. Bathroom was excellent with a large, clean shower with lots of hot water and good water pressure. Morning breakfast was good with eggs made to order and a selection of cereals, breads, fruits, ham and cheese. Friendly staff. Really enjoyed it

10/10 Exceptional

We stayed in August 2024 the night before we went to Machu Picchu. The location was perfect; easy walking distance to the bus to MP, restaurants, shops, plazas, and train station. It is a cute, quaint B&B with great value for the money and gorgeous views of the mountains/river in the town of Aguas Calientes. Our room had a balcony overlooking it all. We stayed on the top floor, and one thing to note was there are no stairs, which was no issue to us but may be something to consider for others. We were able to hold our luggage there while we spent the day at MP. The best part was the exceptional customer service we received from Gisela and Josep. Gisela always greeted us with a smile and gave great restaurants recommendations. Josep made us cook to order eggs in the morning and gave us a true 5-star breakfast experience. They both were incredibly kind, helpful, and made us feel right at home and like family! I would recommend this B&B and would most certainly return if given the opportunity to explore this magical city again!

Great service, location can be either great or not

The staff is friendly and helpful, quick to answer any question or request. Breakfast was good, simple yet richer than in other places. I especially appreciated the assortment of fresh fruits, avocado and different types of bread offered. The room was spacious enough, and the view of the mountains and the river was stunning. The shower was big, and the water stream strong. In general, the room was clean, however an unpleasant smell dumpened the experience. The location is great, right at the road leading to the butterfly farm (don't miss it!) and up to Machu Picchu, so if you intend to do it by foot (and you definitely should consider at least going downhill by foot and save yourself yet another queue for the bus!), you will be a little bit closer to the enticing shower and rest after your trip. A word of caution, though: noise isolation is very weak. The busses to Machu Picchu start running at around 5 am, and will wake you up. You will be hearing everything happening outside or in the adjacent room; that is, unless the stunning river just outside your window, depending on the season, will drown anythong else with its roar. Overall, a nice stay.
