We had a King Room on the 11th floor and the room was wonderful. What wasn't so good was customer service. My partner discovered the hair dryer would not heat up. I discovered the water glass in the bathroom was cracked and had a chip lying next to it. We called housekeeping/customer service and requested replacements - it never came.
We had breakfast in the room. We had obviously left the room for the day. When we returned that afternoon, the room had been cleaned but the dirty dishes had not been removed. We call about this and requested the dishes be removed. 4 hours later, they were gone. So, realistically, I could rate the room 4-5 stars. But, the little things that make a stay so much better, just wasn't there. Therefore, I've lowered my rating to 3 stars.
