Very Overpriced for what it is. Not well located. You can find better, chesper elsewhere on the Strip. The only good thing: free parking.

So I will say that the first impression of this place is creepy. But I will say that the room although it was a bit small was clean and comfortable and had everything that I needed for my stay. I didn't have any problems and no one bothered me. For the price I would definitely stay here again when I'm looking for a cheap Las Vegas stay. If you are looking for a luxury Las Vegas experience do not book this motel. But if you are wanting a clean comfortable place on a budget I would definitely recommend this place.
