Liked the shopping mall across the street. We ate at the food court and Churascarria Mania a few times. Breakfast was good. I would recommend adding an egg station and the breakfast area was very cold. I would recommend adding heating so guests are more comfortable. Only 1 elevator was working our entire stay. There is also a grocery store 3 minutes away. The staff was really good. Bonus. You can book your tours at the hotel. We booked the dinners and show at Rafain and loved it.

Perfect hotel for visiting Iguazu Falls. The hotel is modern and exceptionally clean, and the staff was extremely friendly. The hotel has is an affordable garage underneath if needed. The food in the restaurant is good and there's also a grocery store across the street in the shopping mall.

Everything was excellent from check-in to check-out. Room is comfortable , good quality sheets and pillows. Gym is clean but the machines need some maintenance and WD-40. Pool clean and warm. Nice tables and lounge chairs. Decent breakfast and dinner options. Location is best suited for business or shopping since it’s at least 30 minutes from the Iguazu Falls. There’s a convenient shopping mall across the street. Suggestions for improvement: Use better quality toiletries and put a coffee maker in the room. That’s all; thanks.

Alright, but not fantastic

PROs: - location was infront of a mall which was nice. - breakfast was nice with hot and cold options - room was clean CONs: - No microwave in the room, and they do not warm your food in the kitchen based on some internal protocols. So if you have infant food or special diet and carry your food with you, you are on your own! - no freezer to keep your food. Their kitchen will ABSOLUTELY NOT keep your food. The mini fridge has a tiny freezer compartment in the upper right corner for one small container. - no kettle or tea/coffee provided in the room. No complementary water. - gym equipment unsafe and broken - location is 30 minutes away from the brazilian side of the fall, border to cross knto Argentina and the brazil foz airport. Cost of uber is roughly 40-45 real each way. Taxi os much more expensive ~120 real.

Decepção!

O Hotel é bom, o problema é o atendimento. Fiz uma reserva de um quarto para casal, (nos deram um quarto com camas de solteiro) ao chegar para o check in foi uma enrolação para atender, os dados no cadastro estavam errados (os próprios funcionários que preencheram), a atendente não sabia alterar, chamou outro atendente que também não resolveu nada, perdemos muito tempo na recepção, então não tinha nem como solicitar a troca de quarto, iríamos perder mais tempo ainda, além do estresse. O café da manhã é bom, porém os funcionários não são simpáticos, a funcionária que faz tapioca responde muito mal. Os funcionários são muito mal treinados, não conhecem nem o hotel nem o que oferecem (dito por uma funcionária). Deixei meu carro no estacionamento coberto, porém as 22:30 a recepcionista ligou no quarto dizendo que precisava trocar meu veículo de lugar, o veículo estava bem estacionado, o que ela queria era satisfazer a vontade de outro hóspede que queria estacionar na vaga, isso mostra o despreparo por parte da funcionária, ligar incomodando hóspede. Se tem vaga, o veículo está bem estacionado não tem porque perturbar. O horário de checkin nos hotéis são a partir das 14:00, mas as 10:00 duas recepcionistas já estavam atendendo um grupo, porém tive que esperar na fila para fazer o checkout, ao solicitar a outro atendente fizeram cara feia, ou seja, uma verdadeira bagunça, sem regras, sem ordem e sem noção. Atendimento bem precário. Decepção total.
