Hotel staff the lady that manages hotel was nice at first and then when we asked questions had a very bad attitude. I am sorry, if you do not want to talk to customers this is not the job for you. Just because of this I will NOT recommend this hotel. Customer service is everything and I will not stay here again

Gostamos muito da pousda!! A localização é excelente, quarto extremamente confortável e silencioso. O café da manhã é bem simples mas nos atendeu bem. Há uma pizzaria excelente em frente à pousada e hóspedes têm desconto, foi uma grata surpresa porque a pizza é deliciosa e o preço justo. Único ponto de atenção é que há alguns lances de escada pra subir então fica complicado para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida.

Minha estadia foi boa, apesar de ter que subir 3 andares, pois só há escada. Cafe da manhã bem simples, e horario de inicio achei tarde, 7:30h e visto que os passeios vc tem q sair pelo menos 7h, e o cafe da mamha tem que agendar, pois o salao é pequeno. Atendentes simpáticas e prestativas, apenas a mulher que fica na cozinha que esta sempre de cara fechada. O barulho da batucada, fica ate as 00:00h, otima localização, dependendo do passeio.que ira fazer. Internet pega super bem, geladeira barulhenta. Limpeza impecável, quarto com secador de cabelo, elas emprestam ferro de passar, caso precise. O box do banheiro é minúsculo, uma pessoa gordinha, vai ter dificuldade.

Staff is lovely. Rooms are spacious and beautiful. We did not feel safe at all outside of the Pousada at any point. During the day, street vendors will harass you. During the night, shady cars with full blacked out windows will cruise through the street slowly. Lots of homeless people will approach you. Staff at restaurants do not seem welcoming to tourists.

Boa localização no Pelourinho

Pousada excelente, atendimento primoroso das meninas da recepção, café da manhã na medida certa, com produtos locais e frescos. A pousada só peca pelos estado dos colchões (foram 3 noites mal dormidas, dava pra sentir as molas, necessita renovação urgente) e pela qualidade das toalhas de banho (extremamente velhas e manchadas). A localização é ideal para quem quer ficar no Pelourinho e curtir o centro histórico e o bairro de Santo Antonio Alem do Carmo.

A pousada é bem localizada perto dos pontos turísticos, da de ir a pé. Café bom porem poucas variações de comida. A banheira pouco aproveitamos pois estava com problemas de vazamento e só foi arrumado um dia antes de nós sairmos.

Pousada bem localizada em Pelourinho, no centro histórico de Salvador! Roupas de cama novas, toalhas limpas e macias, banheiro pequeno, porém com louças novas e um chuveiro com ótima pressão. Café da manhã surpreendeu com variedades e as tapiocas feitas na hora! Volto com certeza!

Très bien, néanmoins en 2016 dans un autre hôtel je payais 120 réals une chambre avec vue sur la mer aujourd'hui la même chambre plus de 300 réals alors ici avec vie sur un mur, le reste étant impeccable.. Je ne dirais rien.. Trés bon café da manha Un peu bruyante la chambre au premier. Personnel trés sympathique
