Great hotel, unfortunate location

The rooms are nice and seem recently renovated, with comfy beds. Some parts of the hotel still need work, but overall it’s clean and pleasant. The breakfast buffet is excellent – plenty of variety and friendly staff. Unfortunately, the hotel is located right in the middle of one of the worst bar streets, which really affects the overall experience. If it weren’t for the area, I would definitely come back

Best if you’re German and love beer

This is a nice hotel run by an incredible friendly and helpful team of staff in a German orientated resort. If you want a quiet room pay for a sea view room. The rooms at the front of the hotel are very noisy until 4am and later every night. The back of the hotel high level rooms are much quieter.

Super Lage direkt in der Schinkenstraße. Zimmer ordentlich und ausreichend groß. Sehr sauber. Temperatur perfekt. Das beste Frühstück an der ganzen Playa mit einem super Koch der alle Wünsche erfüllt. Ledigliches Manko ist die Personalbesetzung an der Rezeption. Es gibt lediglich eine fähige Frau an der Rezeption, alle anderen sind komplett fehl am Platz. Keiner weiß was er machen soll, was der andere macht und wie Buchungen abgearbeitet werden. Check-In über eine Stunde pro Zimmer, Gebühren die vorher nicht klar kommuniziert wurden, sehr negativ einschneidend, bei einem sonst Top Hotel.

für einen Ballermann Urlaub die top Hotel Adresse. Unsere Zimmer Wunsch Anfrage wurde ohne Aufpreis berücksichtigt. Wie man den anderen Bewertungen auch entnehmen kann, können wir nur zustimmen, dass sie Zimmer etwas hellhörig sind, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Legendäres Hotel auf Mallorca direkt gegenüber vom Bierkönig. Relativ modern, sehr sauber. Lautstärke je nach Zimmer nachts etwas erhöht, sollte bei der Top Lage jedoch selbstverständlich sein. Besten Dank auch für die Flasche Sekt aufs Zimmer vom Hotel anlässlich eines Geburtstags - sehr aufmerksam :)

L’isolation phonique par rapport à l’extérieur était de bonne qualité En revanche l’isolation dans la chambre était médiocre, nos voisins de chambres les premiers jours rentraient tard et était extrêmement bruyant, Les clients ne respectaient pas les autres clients de l’hôtel en terme de silence et sommeil. Le petit dej est d’excellente qualité ! Le personnel est compréhensif et essaye de trouver des solutions. Uber ne fonctionne pas, heureusement que l’hôtel a des taxis en moins de 2 min

Die Unterkunft war besser als gedacht. Hatte ein Zimmer zur Rückseite man konnte das Bamboleo etwas hören durch die geschlossene Balkontür es war aber erträglich. Es war sauber und alles funktionierte gut. Lediglich beim Einchecken die Dame konnte kein Wort Englisch geschweige denn Deutsch das war etwas problematisch.
