Airport Convenience!

Perfect for going to the airport about 10 mins drive and the shuttle comes outside the Novotel like 10 steps away at the bus stop. Super easy drops you at the train station exit inside the CDG airport. U have to book the shuttle online the hotel staff can help you with the link. Cheap and convenient stay to airport. There is a restaurant outside to have a meal and a nice drink before you fly out.

Hotel was great for the price. The shuttle is not great and taking an uber is much easier. The location is not great as it's in an industrial area with nothing around. We were only there for 1nt so it served its purpose. The staff though are very pleasant and helpful.

Our room had an odour in it and did not seem clean. One of the towels had something on it that was not a stain, it was able to be removed by using another part of the towel. This was in the room when we checked in and was folded as clean laundry. The room was sufficient for one night while waiting to catch a flight. The staff were very nice though and helpful, our only issue with anything was that it didn’t seem clean.

I stay at Ibis hotels fairly often. This location had friendly professional staff, but the hotel has dated rooms in need of deep cleaning and new paint. The room I had did not have working air conditioning, wish was unbearable in low 80s heat. The location is great for traveling to or from CDG, but the flight paths for landing aircraft, prevented a good night's sleep. There are other Ibis locations in and around the area that are more pleasant; I would suggest staying at one of those.

No air conditioning. The price so got was expensive, especially since it is in a remote area and the room and furniture are old. The transportation (navette) was completely booked for all the times that I needed. Some of the staff were very nice, while others were rude.

Generally what I expected

We stayed at the hotel because we had an early flight. The room was as expected. The facility was nice and the staff were very professional. It is a budget hotel. Overall things were good. One item of concern. The bunk bed was unmade. Being unmade it was clear that the mattress protection had hair and other dirt. The small shower and lack of changing space could be unusual for most families with older children.

To start off we paid person tax for 3 people and gave them 50 euros to get change since it was aboit 20 euros and then gave us back .50 back. Had to go back to get our 30 some euros returned since we were missing money. Its easy for a toursit that is very tired and doesnt know the language to habe missed this and paid more than they should have. There is no AC here which was fine because they had windows, the bathroom door handle was broken unable to open or close.

Horrible night

Started by not answering my call, I have called the reception many times, no answer. The room is too small, there is nearly only bed space. In the middle of the summer and there is no aircondition?. We open the window = non stop high noise (close to highway trafic), close the window = very hot and unplaised. Horribal night. I will never use this hotel again and I will never recommneded to any one. Price/night too high and for the price we paid it was not worth it at all. Hotel far from the airport. Few shuttle buses. So count on 30 euros more for a taxi on the way out and 30 euros for the return
