Benefits: - close to grocery store - close to beach - nice pool - air conditioning - lots of extra supplies in room (cooler and chairs for beach, pans and dishes) Setbacks: - no ventilation in bathroom. The bathroom started to stink up the apartment after a couple of days - dirty sheets upon arrival - no follow-through from owner for supplies for BBQ
