Perfectly located if you want to explore the town.

Being in the walls of a medieval town parking and locating the hotel was always going to be difficult.The owner(I assume) was incredibly polite and helpful.As other reviewers have mentioned the property is being renovated so some of the features mentioned in the listing were not available which was disappointing.Unfortunately not a good night sleep as our room was immediately next to a road which seemed to have a lot of activity through the night.

Nice hotel with very central location at 5 minutes walk from the Palais des Papes. Minimalistic, but comfortable. The AC did not seemed to work but it was not hot enough to make it necessary plus one can open the window (although sometimes you might hear a couple loud people in the middle of the night).

One of the rooms we booked had several flying bugs. The receptionist went into the room to check the condition. Despite our objection of not applying insecticide to kill the bugs, she sprayed it right away when she saw them flying in the bathroom. We travelled with children and had concerned about the effects on kids. The family who supposed to stay in the room moved to another hotel and had not received any response from the hotel owner/management after a week. Very disappointed.

Pour la situation en plein cœur d'Avignon

Hôtel très bien situé dans le centre médiéval. Accueil courtois et chaleureux. Les travaux évoqués dans les précédents commentaires semblent finis ou en pause. Ascenseur flambant neuf. Par contre, la moquette est toujours hors d'âge. La chambre (2ème étage) est propre mais défraîchie. La SDB est minuscule, avec un bac à douche avec rideau (!). Le petit-déjeuner (14 euros) servi dans un patio fraîchement rénové, est tout juste correct. Les quelques produits proposés sont peu qualitatifs à l'exception de la baguette fraîche. On a déjà vu beaucoup mieux pour un 3 étoiles.

This hotel was very central to Avignon so we could use it as a good homebase while exploring the town. The room worked for four of us to sleep comfortably. We also had air conditioning which was a relief after traveling and staying in places that did not have air conditioning. The front desk was very friendly and responsive whenever we had questions. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Das Zimmer welches ich bekam hatte nichts mit den Beispiel Bildern bei der Buchung zu tun. Bewusst buchte ich ein Hotelzimmer mit Klimaanlage und Besetzer Rezeption. Der Check in war nüchtern und Mann konnte mir auf Nachfrage nicht einmal die nicht angehende Klimaanlage erklären. Der Kühlschrank und die Klimaanlage (nach dem sie endlich an ging) machten eine extreme Geräuschkulisse. Der Teppich im Treppenhaus macht einen schäbigen, abgenutzten Eindruck. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist wohl vor dreißig Jahren hängen geblieben. Beim abreisen würde nicht mal mein Gepäck zur Verwahrung angenommen was eigentlich Standard ist!

Friendly helpful staff. Hotel is undergoing renovations so it is a little unfinished - suite needs more furniture such as a lounge & Coffee table, and more mirrors. Mini bar was empty. However this did not detract from our stay. There is a supermarket just around the corner and lots of restaurants within a few minutes walk. Location was great. Central to everything.
