They are getting new furniture at the hotel and it like like they just renovated. Staff was really friendly and even have us free oranges. Good pizza place down the road too.

Clean and recently remodled by the looks of it. Staff was a little condescending when I asked about places to eat. Felt the need to school me on how early places close on a Sunday night.

a nice little hotel in the middle of farm country. Nice place to stay before visiting Sequoia National park and the pool nice to come back to for cooling off. Would come again..

The motel worked very well for our 3 night stay to visit Sequoia. The kids liked the pool and the continental breakfast was surprisingly good. The staff was also helpful and friendly. If we ever visit Exeter again I would stay here.

Construction noise in adjacent rooms

Construction started 8am on our last day, in the rooms adjacent to mine and my parents. Renovation project with drills and bathroom getting gut renovated.
