Great staff

The staff were so friendly. They let us check in early as we’re really tired from our flight and needed a nap and they upgraded us to a bigger room. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel, clean and right in the city center. Light breakfast option available. Unfortunately, just stairs, no elevator to the third floor rooms. Excellent staff was able to relocate us to the first floor.

Had to pay for tea! 5€. This is normally included, you can do your tea at your room. In this case the night portier instructed us to take a small coffee cup if we wanted tea. Once we served ourselves, he said 5€. I then said that tea is normally included and that there was no sign informing us that the tea was not complimentary. He said that normally you must pay for tea. This was the most expensive tea I ever had, especially considering that we got it in an espresso cup. Good business!

Great location, but the bathtub is odd, uncomfortable and unsafe for showering. Lobby looks nice, but the rooms are worn and not updated. Breakfast food was very good, but breakfast area was very cramped. Luggage holding was excellent.

Great location and friendly staff. Common areas are well maintained and modern. Beds are comfortable and have good storage. Bathroom facilities in need of an upgrade (dated amenities, old shower curtains and baths with showers over the top and poor water pressure). Overall an enjoyable stay and I would return.

Beautiful Old Hotel with Old Rooms.

The hotel is right in the middle of the city and gorgeous. Check-in and parking registration is done via self-service terminals. Room was old and worn, chrome in bathroom cleaned off, rust stains on toilet etc. No air conditioning so unpleasantly warm, though a basic fan was provided. Plenty of parking on premises for free. Breakfast is fairly small but high quality continental; very few warm options.

Check-in and room is a steam bath

Check in is a pain. Need to have a person check you in NOT a computer. And then I had to register my car separately. Ridiculous if you going to make me check myself in, it should be all together. No air conditioning, top floor was a steam bath upon my arrival. At least open the windows and turn on the fan prior to residents checking in. I would not recommend your hotel to anyone.

vær 104: Hul i loft ved spot i nichen. -el-stik i klemme ved hovedgærde.... bøjet lending ved stik så ud til at være tæt på at flække. - ingen lys i bordlampe - overløbshul i håndvask var helt sort - " tilgroet "over lang tid - lugt fra afløb. - snert af gammel tobakslugt i værelse og på gangen. - ingen mulighed for at regulere rumtemperaturen. Vi klagede ikke over ovenstående, men tænker at det er udtryk for standarden for "tilbud"... som så ikke-så - godt -tilbud. I øvrigt....Venlig og imødekommende betjening og fin morgenmad. Gode instrukser og hints på værelset , gange og opholdsrum.
