It was very good value for money, and the hotel is in a superb location. Rooms are good, they may need a little bit of maintenance - small details. My only complaint is parking: 350 MXN night, and the parking garage is 4 blocks away

My first room had no cross breeze and no privacy with the window open. My second room iloved, however it was a bit dirty. Under the bed had not been cleaned in a very long time. There was also a sump pump ruining all night which made it difficult to sleep. Easily fixable with a cover. But for the price.....i will be back.

Desayuno PÉSIMO éramos 4 personas en la reserva. Baje a ver el desayuno continental 09:05 y solo hay un triste cuernito mini, una concha mini y una madalena mini. Café y nada más cuando me había comentado q habría fruta, pan, cereal … así q con las 3 cosas q había ni alcanza para los 4 y al ser miniaturas en un bocado te las comías. El agua caliente tardaba más de 15 min en salir. Como q la recepción del hotel me llamó un día antes a las 23:45 de la noche para ver si había llegado cuando mi reserva era al día siguiente así q no hay mucho control y molestan al cliente a altas horas de la noche. Para estacionar es un problema hice como 45 min para encontrar lugar y luego en la habitación hay un papel q indica q te dan 8 horas gratis en un estacionamiento cercano pero nadie me lo indicó y eso q escribí al hotel por whatsapp q estaba intentando estacionar. En si esto fueron las fallas q no me gustaron. El lugar no está mal, está céntrico, cumple para dormir, dan factura … pero si deben mejorar los puntos indicados.
