O Check in era para iniciar as 15 e indicou as 15:30, o quarto estava com vazamento no banheiro e degrau da escada quebrado, trocamos de quarto e a fechadura deu problema quando retornamos de noite

Hotel bonito por fora mas o quarto deixou a desejar. Sobre o atendimento, Reclamei do wifi, disseram que uma pessoa iria no quarto resolver e nunca foi. Me colocaram em.um quarto muito barulhento. Dava para escutar a porta do corredor abrindo e fechando e as conversas das pessoas. O cafe da manha foi bom. Esperava muito mais de um hotel que é cartão postal de campos do Jordão. O hotel é longe do centro. Estava de carro, entao, isso nao foi um problema. Enfim, pelo preço (que é alto), não vale a pena e não indicaria.

O hotel possui uma aparência externa muito bonita, mas, internamente, deixa bastante a desejar. A estrutura é visivelmente antiga, e os quartos apresentam sinais claros de desgaste e falta de manutenção. O atendimento também foi insatisfatório. Tive um atraso significativo de aproximadamente 1 hora no check-in, pois o quarto ainda não estava pronto. Por ser alta temporada, ficou evidente que o hotel não conta com equipe suficiente para atender adequadamente à demanda de hóspedes.

O check in foi ok. Fui atendida com cordialidade e educação pelos funcionarios. O hotel é muito bonito por fora. Fica no alto das montanhas. O cafe da manha também foi bom. Mas a limpeza deixou a desejar. Ao chegar no quarto após o check in vi que as fronhas dos travesseiros não foram trocadas, pois estavam com sinais de sujeira e com vários cabelos nas fronhas, peguei os travesseiros extras que estavam no armário e estes também estavam com sinais sujeira. Pedi na recepção que fossem trocados e eles trocaram. O hotel tem carpete nos quartos e corredores, o carpete do quarto estava limpo, mas do corredor estava sujo e permaneceu assim durante toda minha estadia. Enfim limpeza 7/10. O hotel fica um pouco afastado do centro. Não voltaria a me hospedar nesse hotel novamente.
