The hotel is very nice but not in a safe walkable area. Transportation is readily available. Great pool but too few chairs. Food was below average. Lobby offered tours of the area. Took three tours and all were very good.

Considering where this is in the world it was just fine. No place to walk at night but daytime ok. Very basic amenities. Staff very limited English but did the best they could and we could usually find someone to help us if necessary. Had to ask for a blanket...sheet only provided.

Only 1 restaurant option for eating. Extremely tiny elevator. Kept passing the 14th floor & we had to wait 25 minutes to go down. Weak air conditioner. Not in a very nice neighborhood. Pool on rooftop was nice, but bar was not open.

The most abysmal internet connection I’ve experienced at a hotel anywhere in the world. There was only one spot of this huge hotel it worked, on the inside roof area next to the gym where there is no air. I spoke to the staff twice and they had no idea what to tell me, and no solutions, just that they are aware there are issues with the wifi. Infuriating when you need wifi on travels or for work. Also, they don’t use fitted sheets, let alone any mattress cover on the bed which is pretty gross. So you’re bound to wake up at some point on the actual mattress if you roll over. Otherwise the place is nice and good location.

Spacious rooms but low level of cleanliness

Pros: The Intercity building really is nice, but has had its glory days. The location is good. However lack of maintenance and low level of cleanliness. Spacious rooms are a plus. Cons: Noisy ventilation system. Old dinner leftovers in the staircase that smelled really bad, many trays with dirty plates that looked like they had been left there for several days. Excrements on the toilet seat. The tables in the restaurant is not cleaned properly after previous patrons. The wifi works in common areas but not in the room. Treadmills in the gym are not functioning properly. In total I do not think I will stay again.

Hotel muito bom. Quarto gigantesco. Boa área de piscina no terraço. Bairro com bons restaurantes. Cama boa, travesseiro um pouco alto demais. Tivemos problema no cadastro e por isso não tivemos acesso à internet durante um dia inteiro, tive que ligar para a recepção e eles tiveram que passar senha mestra. Pelo mesmo problema, não identificaram nosso quarto no café da manhã e a recepcionista disse que podíamos comer e "acertar depois". No segundo dia o problema foi resolvido.

Foi uma estadia bastante razoável. Café da manhã muito bom, localização boa, um terraço com uma vista incrível da cidade. Faço ressalva apenas em relação à cama, que achei desconfortável.
