Have some patience with check in

Do not count on the front desk staff being able to find your pre-paid reservation made through Hotels.com. I stay here any time I have to be in Sidney because its perfectly clean and fine and not a bad price, but its the same hassle at check in every time. And every time its because the person at the desk just cant make the computer work... not sure where that disconnect is, but since I could see my name on the screen and they jsut ignored it, I am guessing its not really a hotels.com issue. Overall its a clean hotel, the pool is okay- usually very heavily chlorinated but I guess thats better than being dirty or out of order. Breakfast options are incredibly slim, so dont count on it to get you going in the morning, but for the price its a more reasonable option

When we got there couldn't find anyone to check us in called all the number and one lady answered and she couldn't find anyone 45 to and hour later the lady showed up. Goy is a room then it has not heat got another one with no shower curtain and dirty pillows

I reserved a sweet which is obviously what I thought I would be getting. However when I arrived I got the smallest room that they had barely would fit the bed in there. She did tell me that at the desk that they had been sold out all day so I'm not sure why they were still being able to be reserved. She told me that I would be credited the difference obviously since I didn't get the bigger room. And I was not given anything back As far as adjusting the price on the room not even the deposit and it's a week and a half later. The pool was also so disgustingly dirty was soaps scum looking grease all over the bottom in the walls and there was so much chlorine in there that just from the fumes before going under the water My eyes were irritated and burnt.

Cleanliness and friendliness of staff. Accommodating to let pets play on unused wing of floor. Breakfast was different over the 3 days. Dislike: $210 for 3 days with two small dogs. I let them out every 2 hours, no messes at all. There should be a cap or damage deposit for them as thats outrageous when they dont even make a mess. Also disliked the amount of dog crap all around the hotel—I cleaned up my own, but you constantly had to watch for “landmines”. Took a very long time to get a plough in to do the parking lot—and when they did, they left huge ridges in the drive areas of snow to bottom out your car. Semis, trucks and more were getting stuck at the entrance and throughout the lot as it was not cleared. The parking stalls werent even cleared!

I was only here for one night. The hallway of my room on the floor two reeked of pot. My room was OK so I did not say anything. When I got back to my room about 9 o’clock, the elevator, the hallway and my room smelled like pot. By turning the fan on, I was able to clear the room of pot smell. The TV did not work the next morning. It had worked the night before. I was hoping to use the hot tub, but found it was out of order which I understand can be unavoidable, but I was disappointed.

Came for the rodeo at the fair. Kayla checked us in!! She was very friendly and hospitable. All the staff we encountered were very friendly. Getting in and out of the parking lot could be confusing, but manageable.
